SonRays Christian Childbirth Classes encourage you to envision and experience a safe and peaceful birth, to apply God's Word and receive His wisdom during labor and delivery, to eliminate fear, and to increase your spiritual growth and confidence in Christ.

 

Topics covered during classes include the anatomoy of labor and delivery, relaxation techniques, and breathing patterns.  

 

You may request a certified doula to give you support during labor and delivery.
